RevVisions - 25 Day Return Policy

At RevVisions, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience for your grave clothing collection. We understand that sometimes issues can arise with your order, which is why we have implemented the following 25 Day Return Policy for your convenience.

1. Returns and Exchanges Eligibility:
You may initiate a return or exchange within 25 days of receiving the product if the item is damaged or if there is a printing error. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for products that arrive as described and meet our quality standards.

2. Damaged or Misprinted Products:
If the product you received is damaged or has a misprint due to the printing process, you are eligible for a return or exchange. Please contact our customer support team at Support@RevVisions.net to initiate the return process. We may require you to provide photographs of the damaged or misprinted areas for verification purposes.

3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team within 25 days of receiving the product to inform them about the issue.
Provide your order number, a brief description of the problem, and any relevant photographs.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, providing you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

4. Return Conditions:

The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached.
The original packaging, including any protective plastic bags, should be included.
The return must be accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation.

5. Exchange Process:
In the case that a product is damaged or misprinted you may also opt to have the product replaced with another of the same product in the expected condition.  Exchanges for different sizes or different products are not currently accepted.

6. Refund Process:
If you prefer a refund, once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

​

7. Shipping Costs:
For damaged or misprinted products, we will cover the return shipping costs. 

​

8. Non-Returnable Items:
Products that have arrived as described on our website and meet our quality standards are not eligible for returns.
